ON OCTOBER 6, our wheelie bin was stolen and I emailed the City council about it. The reply I received said if I didn't have a response after seven working days, I should call the City council.
On Wednesday, I called and spoke to Antoinette who investigated for me and discovered that my case had not been registered.
She registered it for me. She was such a pleasure to deal with – her mannerisms and helpfulness was so welcoming to hear.
Yesterday, our replacement wheelie bin was delivered.
This is what I call service delivery. Thank you City of Cape Town.
